New Craft distillery on Route 34 in Colts Neck offers cocktails, tours, tasting and events. The StillHouse is designed similar to a distilling focal point in Kentucky known as Moonshine University. The architect worked with Kentucky engineers, and Amish crews constructed the facility and the indoor bar. Colts Neck StillHouse makes gin, bourbon whiskey, rye whiskey and vodka under their brand name "MuckleyEye"
