Appraisal and feasibility study for an existing 26,797 square foot banquet hall-restaurant and B&B to be expanded and completely renovated into a high-end facility. Increasing in size from a 16,007 square foot banquet hall to 21,774 square feet, as well as increasing the size of an existing 2,736 square foot residential dwelling to a 4,186 square foot building, which will be converted to a 5-bedroom room suite. The existing 22-room B&B was to be extensively renovated.
