Originally constructed in 1973 for use as a restaurant/banquet facility, the property was extensively renovated in 2006. The one and two-story facility contained 17,632 square feet. The grade level space consist of a private event room, lavatories and coatroom. The upper floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, features a wedding reception hall with event room, bride and groom preparation rooms and balconies. The exterior is finished with dryvit stucco finish.
