The Clinton House
Established in 1743, The Clinton House seats 160 patrons within two dining rooms and bar area on the first floor. There is also an attached bakery with its own kitchen. The second floor has a small office, bedroom and bathroom, with the remainder of the floor unfinished and utilized for storage. There is an above ground oil tank in the basement that is used solely to heat the hot water heater. The basement is accessed through bilco doors and is only 280 square feet. The subject property is situated directly across the street from the parking lot they own.
