Aqua Blu Restaurant
Aqua Blue is a waterfront restaurant in Toms River, NJ containing 12,564 square feet and situated on a 1.04 acre lot. The restaurant was completely renovated in 2011 and seats 400 customers. The purpose of the assignment was for lending related to the proposed completion of the second floor to add additional seating capacity for 200 people. The restaurant features excellent water views.
